So I have a pelvic exam done a week ago and I had two swabs taken. I just rang for my results and both are "satisfactory" I'm guessing that means no sign of infections?

Yes, it sounds as if your results were clear of anything. If you had an infection they would have let you know that you needed some treatment (ie antibiotics). But if you're concerned have a chat with your GP or clinic, even if it's done by phone.
