Tell us about your cervical cancer journey

Hi all,

There is still time to take part in our ground breaking cervical cancer patient journey study,  looking at women’s experiences of diagnosis, treatment and care for cervical cancer.

We are looking for women who have been diagnosed with cervical cancer in the last 2 years who would be willing to be interviewed over the phone about their experiences.

We have already interviewed around 30 women but we are ideally looking to speak to at least 50 women about their experiences of cervical cancer.

We are now looking for any and all of the following cervical cancer patients who have been diagnosed within the last two years:

- Women that have had a diagnosis of stage 2 or more

- Women who are from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities (of any stage or age)

- Women in their 60s and 70s (any stage)

We really want to get a diverse population for our study and the information we gather from the interviews will be used to develop new services; improve services where this needed; influence policy makers; and help us to focus training and development of health care professionals who work with women affected by cervical cancer.

If you are interested in taking part in the study it would be great to hear from you. To find out more and register your interest please contact Emma Moore from Quality Health on: emma.moore@quality-health.co.uk or telephone 01246 858873

If you have any questions you can also contact me (fran@jostrust.org.uk)

Look forward to hearing from you

Thank you so much
