Spotting 9 weeks after LLETZ

Hi, just after some advice hopefully. I underwent LLETZ treatment 9 weeks ago, currently on test of cure until my smear in Feb. Had to have antibiotics for infection 10 days after the LLETZ. I am continually having spotting when wiping. Not always, but every other day or so. I’ve had 2 periods since treatment which were ok, but the spotting is not something which I expected. It’s not so much that I need to wear a pad, i notice it on tissue. Fresh blood and not browny, if that’s not too much information. I’d rather not ask doctor yet as I’ve seen them more in the past year than I’ve seen in the past 10, and I don’t want to seem as if I’m paranoid and wasting their time. I haven’t had sex since the LLETZ (thankfully I’m single and intend staying that way until all of this is cleared). Any advice would be so helpful.
