I had my radical hysterectomy on wed 23rd I’m still in hospital after my bowels effectively went to sleep. Vololent sickness and no movements I went nill be mouth and started tolerating food passing gas.
Was hopping to get home tomo but that will be a no go now due to another large vomit.
Just looking for any advice really I’m disheartened and just want home to my family

I got home last night feels so much better being home. Still suffering horrendous gas pain in the back of my ribs xx
