Serious pain 4 months after lletz

Hi all. I'm hoping this is not related but from what the docs say I'm panicking a little. I had a lletz in march to remove cin3 and was told after that everything looked clear. However, for the last month I have had extreme pain in my pelvis, back, hips and legs. I am constantly exhausted and it's very frustrating. I went to the doctors and had a blood test for inflammation which came back clear but on further inspection from the doc they found all my lymph nodes in my groin were very inflamed and she looked panicked when she discovered this. I am on loads of pain killer and have to use crutches to walk. I have been booked in for an emergency ultrasound but it hasn't come through yet. Has anyone else had the same thing? Tia. Xx
