Back in March I had a polyp removed from my cervix which was discovered during the smear test. Shortly afterwards I found out I had CIN3 & had a LLETZ.
On Thursday this week I had a phone call out of the blue saying that I have to go back in next week for the same procedure as the smear taken last month again showed severe abnormalities. I was really shocked so didn't think to ask any questions. I managed to get a phone consultation with my GP yesterday, although it wasn't reassuring. She said its likely to be cancer & may have to have a historectomy.
Has anyone else had a second severe diagnosis in such a short time?
