Well I’ve just gotten my results back from my first ever colposcopy. I have CIN 2 and CIN 3 abnormality and need to have repeat loop treatment. Not looking forward to this. Any words of encouragement or any further info on this would be greatly appreciated as now I’m feeling slightly worried x
Have CIN 1-2 I am having the same treatment on 25th April. Xxx

I have had this done twice and actually found it better than the initial colposcopy.
They give you an anesthetic injection into your cervix which is not very nice but no worse than any other injection, then after that you dont even feel them using the loop.
