Research opportunities

Hi everyone,

We have new research on our site for those living with cervical cancer: www.jostrust.org.uk/get-involved/volunteer/research

If you are happy to share your experience it helps the researchers and health services, as well as Jo's, understand the impact on your life and what we can do to better support you.

We update the page as new opportunities come in, so there's always something to get involved with. If you have any questions or want to find out more about the research, you can use the opportunity contact details  and if you have any issues with the links or the page, you can email me at imogen@jostrust.org.uk

With warm wishes,
Imogen

Hi Guys, my name is Lysa. Have gone through hell and back dealing with cancer diagnosis and side effects.

Not going to bore you guys with the details.

But I will like to make a plea out there, if there is someone that has had brachytheraphy and suffering from virgina stenosis and have overcome it I will really be greatful to know what was done. I havent heard sex for 5 years now. My husband has left me due to that reason. My virgina is severely shorten and narrowed. The dilators does not goes all in, its feel like that is a thick wall blocking it from going all the way. I was 29 when diagnosed and 34 now. I desperately need this to be sorted out, any information I will appreciate it. Thank you everyone.
