Hi all
just received a letter for a gynaecology appointment following 2nd abnormal smear. What does this mean?
i had my 1st smear in Jan of this year. Abnormal results and sent to colposcopy department were I had a lletz performed at the end of Feb. This came back with clear margins in march. Went for 6 monthly smear last month and received a phone call saying I would need to go back for another colposcopy - however the letter came through today and doesn't say anything about the colposcopy (the last letter did) it simply said I've been referred to gynaecology, does anyone know what this could mean?
