Pregnant and was told I had cervical dystopia on sight.

I’m very concerned. I am 15 weeks pregnant and experiencing bleeding so managed to get an out of hours hospital appointment.
The doctor did a swab and told me she could see cervical dystopia on my cervix.
She didn’t really explain what this meant but I have since realised i am at risk of cancer.
I was also told I had a water infection and booked in for a scan to check my baby.
Is it likely that my dystopia is Very advanced as it is visible?
How will this effect my baby?
Anyone have any ideas?
