i got the LLETZ done yesterday to remove CIN3. Im surprised to have no pains, cramps or bleeding. Is that normal or will it hit after a few days?

Oh to add to this I am extremely bloated..like I feel my
whole body is bloated but my stomach especially. Is this normal?
I had mine done yday for gladular cells and I feel fine too yday I didn't xx
