Sorry I can't give you any advise on the douching but I am in a similar boat. Waiting for my 2nd colposcopy/biopsy that got re-scheduled to next week. But I know how you are feeling! I'm at work and can think of nothing else! I google the subject all day long. My back pain is getting so bad. Just wanted you to know I know how you feel and you are not alone! I had CIS/CIN3 12 years ago and now have started bleeding after intercourse. I had a smear and am awaiting results but nurse noticed a cervical ectropion and have been diagnosed with a BV infection. I am so worried and can't think of anything else.
A colposcopy should give a clear indication of things so you should know more accuratley what your situation is when your results come back. In the mean time I guess you just have to try not to drive yourself crazy with worry.
