Positive colposcopy

I've been fretting for weeks about having a colposcopy. I've had CIN I for five years now, so the time for a proper look and biospy had come.  The usual stuff; googling, you-tubing, will writing. I had it today. The Doctor was wonderful; she took her time to talk beforehand, was kind, caring, thorough and supportive.   All that worry was for nothing really and now I'm exhausted.  Why do we do it to ourselves?   Just wanted to share the build up and relief.  I suppose it's normal and part of the process.  I hope everyone has such a great Doctor as the one I had to day.
