I had my biopsy done 13th February I bled for 4/5 days afterwards which I believe is normal but still not had a period? Is this normal? My periods have been irregular for a while but usually the opposite way I bleed too much I have a period like every 2, 3 weeks! Getting concerned now as I’m also still awaiting my results.

It can be completely normal for there to be a change in our first period post colposcopy/biopsy, around 43% of women who have had a punch biopsy, 71% who had a LLETZ and around 29% who only had a colposcopic examination reported some change to their first period, so it can be common for it to be out of sync with what we are used too xx
