Does anyone have any experience of changes to their periods after LLETZ?
I had the treatment 9 months ago and since this my periods have struggled somewhat the start when I’m due. I get some signs and slight discolouration for a few days and then my period comes. This was not the case before the LLETZ.
Just wondering if anyone has had the same/similar

Same here. I had LLETZ 8 months ago and I don’t have HPV anymore. This is the only change I have noticed so far. It seems the menstruation struggles to truly come. I start with a bit of a slight discolouration for a few days and then the full period arrives. It sometimes also happens at the end. I think it’s normal as the same has happened to other women I know.

That’s reassuring to know others experience it to. I have been worried about cervical stenosis
When I had the treatment they didn’t say anything about period changes as a result of it.
I had lletz a week ago i was due on the day after since then ive had sore boobs bad back acne and no period yet making me feel sick with worry
