Help!!!
i was recently diagnosed with HPV 16, which my gyno said not to worry about and just come back for a check up in a year.
My incessant googling thanks to OCD has made me very aware of the throat cancer and Vulvar cancer risks- which scarily have no screening (though a dentist and gyno would probably see signs). She said not to worry but I am freaking out!
I know a pap can show clearance in the cervix, does that mean my body has cleared the infection everywhere, even if it was in the throat? Knowing I performed oral sex would t likely be in my throat too?
