Papayas have vitamin C that works as an antioxidant and may also reduce absorption of cancer-causing nitrosamines from the soil or processed foods. Papaya contains folacin (also known as folic acid), which has been shown to minimize cervical dysplasia and certain cancers.

I think it's a good idea to share that kind of info when we come across it, I had read that folic acid was important especially for anyone taking the pill so I've been taking that. I read too that the mushrooms coriolus versicolour, shitake, maitake and reishi have anti viral properties and may help fight hpv as well as boost the immune system.
yes I think so too :) cant hurt eating a little more of foods that are healthy in any case :) having PCOS i really struggle to stay a normal weight so I am trying to eat well anyway (with help of my own little table of specific foods) will now add a "CF" next to the apparently cancer fighting property ones and try to eat a little more of those :) xx
