I had my colposcopy done on the 3rd February and it was the most painful horrendous experience I’ve had since childbirth. After a few days of heavy bleeding and pain the doctor found I had bad bruising, swelling and an infection!
Anyway long story short a week and a half later I was feeling like my old self again so me and my husband tried to get intimate and it was so painful I was reduced to tears. Another week on we’ve tried again and it just feels like there’s something ‘in the way’ and it hurts especially on the right side where they took the biopsy. Is this normal? Does it take a while to be all good again?
