pain on right side 3 weeks after lletz

Hi everyone i had lletz done nearly 3 weeks ago for cin3. I got checked a week later with a high vaginal swab for infection which came back clear. The past 3 or 4 days ive been having pain on the right side of pelvis radiating to the lower right side of my back. Its not severe bt it seems to be getting worse especially when i move. My bleeding has stopped just a brown discharge like the end of a period and theres no sign of an infection. What could this be. Could it be related to the lletz? Maybe pelvic inflammatory disease?? Any advice would be great girls xxx
