Pain after Colposcopy - newbie

Hello.  I'm new to this and a bit confused.  I had a colposcopy and LLETZ under LA last Thursday after a smear test showed CIN3.  I've found that the pain is worsening rather than getting better although I didn't have much discomfort in the couple of days after.  The discharge has stayed the same colour and smells ok but has increased in amount.  I'm not sure whether this is normal or if I should be concerned.  

Also, I'm not sure if and when I can go swimming, not so much for my own exercise but supporting children swimming.

I had a colposcopy yesterday, but no treatment. I have a holiday coming up in a few weeks, and the doc said that if I had treatment I wouldn't be able to swim. As it is, it looks like CIN 1 so no need for any treatment really, but if you've had a LLETX I'd steer clear of swimming for a few weeks based on what he said.
