I have terrible OCD coupled with my crippling anxiety  and it is affecting my life. Sometimes I think about things that are not real. I want to get over it. How can I do it? Do you have suggestions?

Hi, I’m really sorry to hear that you are struggling. I also struggle with severe anxiety. I’ve found that counselling and talking to others has really helped me.
If you’re specifically struggling with anxiety and a cervical cancer or hpv diagnosis, have you tried contacting the helpline? Speaking to someone impartial with a lot of knowledge might help you.
