So after my cancer diagnosis I was sent an NHS redemption card which can be used for 5 years. I had a dental treatment done, the dental nurse said I could use my card and I wouldnt have to pay. I have just got a letter saying there was no evidence of me having a card and I have to pay £ 150
Has anyone else used the card for the dentist?
is it the card you have I was under the impression it was just for prescriptions
I've been to the dentist and had to pay maybe the nurse had it wrong or maybe I have it wrong I'm interested in what response you get in this one
onwards and upwards
Hi Mrs G :)
I think the same as Michelle - that the exemption card is just for prescriptions but you're probably best checking.
