Lower back and hip ach

Hi everyone sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place new to all this... I had a cervical smear test in July 2017 and my results where normal cells but HPV positive. I'm due to have another smear July this year as they wanted to re-test me 12 months later. Recently well for the past 2 months I've had really had lower back ach to the point where I have to sit down. It always occurs 2 weeks before my period so could well be something to do with that but I've also been getting a lot more discharge each month.. I did have a baby a year ago and did have an epidural and I know that it can give u back pain but I'm just so panicky as it was quite scary when the doctor explained HPV to me. I have also had light pink bleeding after sex on one occasion too, also had thrush twice in one month. I haven't got a clue what's going on. Any advice xx
