Hi,
It's been 6 weeks and 3 days since my biopsy.. I called the colposcopy clinic on Friday to find out what was going on, but only got the answer machine.
So, today I took myself to the hospital to find out what was going on (it's just around the corner from where I live).
My results aren't there, no letter has been written, although there is a note confirming the biopsies were taken on that particular day.
I AM SO ANGRY! How can they lose someone's results?!! The receptionist said she would speak to the doctor to find out what was going on. I wish I was angry at the clinic and so could have been more demanding, but I was actually bordering on tears. I want my results and I want to make a formal complaint - any ideas what I should do?
