Loop diathermy excision result still pending

Hi I had my loop diathermy procedure on feb 20th and was told a maximum of 6 weeks for the result but still nothing. My gps receptionist will not let me speak to my gp to find out who to contact and the colposcopy clinic number just rings out. It says in the leaflet leave a message on answer phone and they will call back but that could only work if they switch the answer phone on. I have hardly slept in weeks as its playing on my mind noticing little differences wondering if its just coincidence or symptoms and i have no idea how to get my result to stop myself stressing over it. If anyone knows how i can contact them it would be appreciated
