Has anyone had an IUD fitted as contraception after a radical trachelectomy? I have a cerclage at the entry to my uterus and about a half-centimetre of cervix left and I thought I couldn’t get an IUD, but have recently come across medical reports saying IUD is even being recommended to prevent post-operative stenosis in trachelectomy patients.
