I wrote a post last Sunday about how I bled after sex, it was only a tiny bit but worried me as I was diagnosed with HPV (also had abnormal smear test result two years ago but colposcopy was okay)
Just then I bled after sex again this time a bit more. No problem with dryness so it wasn’t friction. Not due for a while and it was bright red (sorry tmi)
I have to wait another week to see my GP. Getting an appointment with him isn’t easy. I tried to get a phone appointment but his secretary didn’t get back to me. I’ve thought about seeing another GP during walk in clinic but I’d rather keep all the info with my one GP.
Have any of you had a similar experience? What could this mean in relation to the HPV? Would you be worried?
