I’ve just had a total abdominal hysterectomy and removal of ovaries just 5 days ago, feeling poorly but very sensitive and emotional (wasn’t prepared for that part) I just wanted to ask for advice on hrt as I have conflicting information about whether I need estrogen only or estrogen and progestin, thank you in advance for any advice xx
