Hello ladies, please excuse my intrusion to this area but I just wondered if any of you can help answer my questions?
What was the result of your initial smear test - did this show cancer at this point or was it after colposcopy/biopsy?

Hi, my smear test showed abnormal cells. I then went on to have colposcopy and during this I also had Lltez and biopsy taken. 4 weeks later my results came back with cancer. 2 weeks after that I was staged and now I'm waiting to go in to have a radical hysterectomy on 30th May.

i had the same, after the cells were removed via lletz there was no cancer found and all cells removed x
