Hi everyone, 

My lovely consultant called me this afternoon after me chasing up my Lletz results after 3 weeks. I am very pleased to say there was no cancer found and the grade of what they removed was only CIN 1, and to have a follow up smear in 6 months. I feel very lucky and so glad I took up the invitation for my screening last year - just proves how important it is.

I just wanted to share my news for those waiting for their results to hopefully help those going through the 'Lletz wait'!

Hi Sarah

fantastic news for you, it gives the rest of us hope! I am waiting for my results, I am 1 week in and was told it takes around 3 weeks.  I am constantly checking post & phone for missed phone calls. I have tried to keep busy and this has sent me into being crazy into overdrive & I think I have over done it now as exhausted & feel very run down. 

I am sure my cloud will lift!!
