First time smear-severe, next- moderate :(

I ha my first smear just before my 25th bday, my results came back severe- i had a colposcopy and had loop diathermy, had my 6monthly smear on xmas eve, the resukts came back moderate- i went for another colposcopy today and had punch biopsies :( i now have to wait for the results- i am a lil worries as i have been diagnosed with pcos and my gyn sed that i may need to have general anesthetic for more treatment, but they are hesitant because i want a baby but if i have another loop it may make my cervix too weak to become pregs :( i just wanted some advice and support off anyone with similar stories?!  I havent had any kids yet and will be turning 26 this year xxxx
