I'm not sure whether the topic is relevant. But I was wondering whether any of you experience fibrocystic breasts after treatment?
in past few months, I notice some breast changes namely breast pain, swelling and denser tissue in outer upper quadrant of the breasts every month. This month was particularly painful so decided to do a scan. Found some benign nodule and cyst.
Has any of you experience this? I'm wondering if there are any dietary changes or supplements to treat this. Thanks in advance. Cheers!

I do not have any experience of this and i am sorry to hear u r going through all of this. I have never had a breast exam. I have to go to my first one on the 31st of this month and i scared since having cc. I am in the us and they like for us to get our first one when we turn 40 but i had to wait cause of going through all of this. Can i ask what kind of cc u have. Pray all gets better for you.:-)

I'm 37 this year so GP recommended breast ultrasound. Mine was squamous cell cervical cancer. I had gone through many rounds of chemotherapy which probably killed my ovaries. All the best for yours! I reckon it's just a routine yearly check. Praying for good news!
