Hi I’ve recently been diagnosed with early stages of cervical cancer. The only symptoms i have is fatigue and loss of appetite i feel dizzy most times i stand up. Has anyone else had this and if so do you have any tips to help me
Daily activities and looking after 3 children is a real struggle

Fatigue is totally normal, the loss of appetite is most likely due to the shock of the diagnosis. The dizziness however I’ve not heard of being a symptom, could it be down to low sugar levels if you are not eating enough?
