Does pregnancy speed up abnormal cell/cancer growth?

Hi, new here! 

not sure if this is in the right place but seemed the closest to right!!

Ttc baby #3 luckily i had both children before being disgnosed and having two lletz treatments 6 months apart for recurrent CIN3.

Not much info online and wondering if anyone knows if cin3 is sped up by pregnancy?  Worried that it would develop into cancer as it returned after 6 months although I had clear margins.

Also does it make it harder to concieve after two lletz?

I'd like to know the answer to this too as I had CIN3 removed but 6 months later i have abnormal cells again but I'm pregnant.  I wondered if it speeds up or slows down the changes too.

Did you carry through your pregnancy with CIN 3? This is my current situation and I am confused
