On Wednesday I had a colposcopy for the first time. The doctor said she could see lots of high risk areas, took multiple biopsies (at least 5) and also asked if I wanted more children.... do they usually ask that? Can't help but think it's not a good sign and have another 3-4 weeks wait!

I had a colposcopy the week before last and they intended to do a LLETZ but the area was too large so I have to go back Friday.
They asked if I wanted more children and I asked why and they told me that after a LLETZ it may mean you need a stitch in the cervix to prevent premature labour. it is likely they just need to know to see if that might be required or not?
