I had a cyst found on my cervix during my routine pap smear and will be following up with Gynecology to make sure it is benign. They did find vaginal discharge that I honestly hadn’t noticed before. I’m honestly very worried because after reading about cervical cancer symptoms I identified with the lower back pain and frequent urination. I was diagnosed with overactive bladder 4 years ago so have have just thought it was worsening with age and didn’t feel pressed to get it checked out, and I’ve always had lower back issues so ignored it. My last pap was April 2019 and it was normal. I’ve always had annual paps that were normal except for 2020, I neglected to get it. Doctor said it feels like a nubothian cyst but have to make sure. Anyone else have a similar experience, with cervical cyst turning out to be cervical cancer? I have really been worried these last few days.
