I am 58 years old and I wanted to share my routines on how did I Look after my physical & Mental health during COVID-19.. Have a routine, minimize newsfeeds and screen time, do simple daily physical exercises. Keep in regular routines, schedules & contact with loved ones via technology. What is yours?

Good advice HockeyMilk. I'd had quite a bit practice prior to Covid on account of the long term side effects of my cancer treatment which have meant I'm not so free to live the sort of life I used to have. It's still a work in progress but I've learnt to focus on what I can do rather than what I can't.
