Hi, I had a colposcopy a few weeks ago and was told I had stage 0 carcinoma in SITU. I had a cone biopsy on Monday which I was told should essentialy take care of everythin. When I woke up from anesthesi, the doctor told me she found another area that she felt necessary to biopsy alo with the tissue taken from the cone. She also removed my paraguard iud because "damage had been done". I was under the influence of heavy medication so I didn't have the wherewithal to ask my obvious question. if she found another area she felt necessary to biopsy does that mean I am not truly a stage 0? I don't go back until late next week for results and I'm extremely concerne. Has anyone ever dealt with this?
