Here at Jo’s we offer face-to-face support through our information and support days. We have Mini Meet which is our regional event which provides a great opportunity to meet other women in your area who have had a cervical cancer diagnosis. This is alongside attending two workshops of your choice, an ask the gynae-oncologist session, and lunch.
This 2018 we will be hosting two Mini Meets one in Glasgow (19 May) and one in Brighton (14 July). To find out more and to register a place for yourself, and a loved one, visit our webpage.
We also have our annual Let’s Meet day that covers all aspects of living with and beyond a diagnosis including your physical, psychological, and emotional wellbeing.
Let’s Meet will be in London this September 15. Register online now.
At Let’s Meet we run a varied mix of workshops from ‘Gong Bath relaxation’ to ‘Sex and intimacy changes after cervical cancer’. Let’s Meet also has a workshop specifically for partners, which is run by a partner.
You can come with a friend, partner or family member, but a lot of people come on their own. This is an inclusive welcoming space so please do feel able to come alone if you want to. If you don’t want to attend a workshop, there is also a space where you can just chat with others in a relaxed environment that will be facilitated by Rebecca Shoosmith, our Head of Services.
If you have any questions please call us on 020 3096 8100 or email myself at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I hope to see you all at one of our events this year.
Very best wishes,
