I had both done today and biopsy taken after receiving high grade severe dyskaryosis result yesterday . I’m not bleeding yet but will I? Had it done at half 4

This is the exact same as me. I am 26 and I had my first ever smear done on the 9th December. I found out on Christmas Eve that I had severe abnormalities CIN3 and was referred to the hospital on the 28th December for coloscopy, biopsy and LLETZ treatment. I am now 2 days post LLETZ and have had no bleeding yet. Lots of discharge but no blood. I was so scared and still am waiting for my biopsy results.
