Hi ladies
I was treated for CIN3 4 Months back. I was told to have 3 monthly smear which came back clear thank god but high risk HPV was detected so I'm off for colposcopy again tomorrow. Because this is for HPV only will I still have a biopsy like last time? is it all the same procedures again?

As you are still HPV positive they like to get you back in to make sure the pesky virus isnt causing any more cell changes. They will prob put the dye on like before and see if anything comes up. From what I understand they will only biopsy should they seem an abnormal area.
Fingers crossed it all goes well, at least they are keeping a close watch on you
