I had a colposcopy on Friday and didn't need a biopsy so didn't expect to bleed and the nurse didn't mention it but I've been spotting all weekend and this evening it seems to be getting heavier. I have low grade abnormal cells and they've said I'm fine to leave them for 12 months. I'm freaking out a little! Can anyone advise?
