I had another abnormal smear end of last year and referred for a colposcopy. I had this last Tuesday. The consultant said there was a large area and took 3 biopsies, saying 3-4 weeks for results which she would send in writing. She did mention about surgery under GA due to large area needing treatment.
Today I had a message from Dr’s to call back, but by time I was in from work the person had left and no one else could access the files? I’m now left wondering why the phone call only a week later? And honestly can’t wait until 8.30 tomorrow for more info.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Khatlif - not sure where you are from, but my results will be back within a week here in the U.S. Maybe they already are in? Did you speak to them?
