Hello everyone, I’m not sure if I have posted this in the right section but hopefully someone will point me in the right direction.
A few weeks ago I had a full spine MRI as I have spinal stenosis and degenrative discs, and today the physio called with the results. The first thing he said was that they had found an incidental finding of an adnexal cyst in my uterus and that I need to call my GP for further information.
I had LLETZ done a few years ago for CIN3, so now I am panicking and thinking the worst, especially as I have been suffering from some extreme fatigue for quite a while now. Subsequent smears have been normal.
I’ve consulted Dr Google so I know what it is, but does anyone have any experience first hand of this type of cyst, and what was the outcome, both good and bad? I’m the type of person who deals better with things when armed with all the information, so don’t worry about scaring me!

I’ve since spoken to my GP and the cyst is 3.8cm and on the left of my uterus.
