4 years out

This forum was a godsend when I was first diagnosed. I would spend hours reading other posts and never thought I would be here today to post this. On the 28th of March 2019 I was diagnosed with 2n Adenocarcinoma and 4 years later I am still here. I work out at least 5 days a week. I have 4 children who I hope I will see grown. I’ve had a few scares. I have a leaky bladder and a bowel that doesn’t play ball some days.
But I can say I love my life.
To anyone who needs to hear this have faith in yourself you can get through the toughest of days. And when it all gets too much it’s ok to break down and have a good cry. But never ever give up. We all have this

Should have ready 2b Adenocarcinoma
